Department 56 56.58456 King's Road Market Cross Dickens' Village

 

Used in Dickens time as a place to sell goods to market, market crosses were actually put up as memorial monuments to royalty. Today, this Market Cross would be a familiar sight in the center of roundabouts of old London Town
