In that same spirit of raising the bar starting with the 700E, our latest edition of this icon includes a retooled boiler for finer and more accurate details than ever before and prototype-specific details including proper headlight, class lights and tender options. You'll get the latest in VISION control and operating features as well including 4-digit addressing, Bluetooth, whistle steam, swinging bell, road-number-specific Crewtalk and track pan spray effect on PT tender versions. A J1E Hudson is a must have for every New York Central AND Lionel fan. And if you're only going to have one... this is the one you want! In addition to prototypical variations, we're running two special "fantasy" schemes on these Hudson's as well. A two-tone gray version will look great hauling your passenger fleet. Equipped with a PT Tender, this locomotive is set up for the long haul. If you've got a fast freight to get over the line, you'll want our Pacemaker Hudson to head up that string of matching merchandise cars.While we've gone to great lengths to make this our most detailed J1E Hudson yet, we're still paying tribute to our past with 5344 and 5325.
